Guide requests and arrangements
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Agree on itinerary, inclusions, price, payment and cancellation conditions directly with the guide. The platform currently records requests, quotes and confirmations but does not collect deposits or payments. Mountain conditions and individual needs can require changes to plans.
Profiles, credentials and reviews
Submit accurate information and only documents you have the right to share. A verified badge describes a platform review of credentials; it is not a guarantee of a summit or an absence of risk. Reviews must describe your own completed booking and may be moderated. Do not include another person’s private information without their permission.
