Accounts and booking conversations
We store the information you submit to create your account, profile and booking requests. Booking conversations are available to their participants and administrators. Hiker profile details are not part of the public guide directory. Guide biographies and professional experience are public only after approval.
Documents and AI transcription
Guide certificates and handwritten review originals are private. A handwritten review upload is sent to OpenAI for the transcription you requested. The original image, AI transcription and your confirmed text are stored separately. Public profile photographs use resized derivatives; private originals are retained.

The website uses cookies for your session, sign-in and language preference. No advertising analytics are enabled in this build. Contact arrangements for privacy requests must be added by the operator before launch.
